In Memory of Nora

IN MEMORY OF ONE OF THE GREATEST WORKING DOGS AND PARTNERS TO Cheryl Runyan 💔

She worked her magic country wide. It started with her 7 week old puppy eval in a wonderful group of working line goldens when the evaluator said “God help whoever gets this puppy”. Cheryl tapped into that incredible drive and she and Nora made an outstanding team for Search and Rescue, Therapy Dog work and recently in competition rings.

Nora was certified through International Police Work Dogs Assoc for Wilderness Airscent, Advanced Human Remains Detection and Crime Scene Dog, Law Enforcement Training Specialists for Human Remains Detection, Indiana Homeland Security training for Human Remains, Therapy Dogs International and recently several AKC working titles. She trained for many years with the Southern Tier Police Canines Association. She had a zest for life, did everything at Mach speed and was the cause of laughter even on the worse days.

My heart breaks for Cheryl at the loss of a wonderful, loyal partner. RIP Nora. Your loss is immeasurable
